Honestly i placed my order before reading these comments, and when i read them i got so scared that the same would happen to me too and i wouldn’t receive my order blabla. So i started looking on tiktok and searching other people’s reviews and some of them said the same thing. I started checking and tracking my order every day!
I received my order todayyy AND it took less than ten days😭 but i had to pay some custom fees to Canada Post on top of the delivery fees for Olive Young but overall im so happy!
P.S. Make sure you’re home on the day of the delivery!!

My package was not delivered and they replied to me that I was absent when the package arrived and no refund, no resend. Stop wasting your time and money on this site!
Extremely terrible service
I wish I read the review before I place an order. I got troubles to receive the order and tried to reach customer service. However, all the results I got is they kept blaming me ( their customer). The parcel didn't deliver to my mailbox and ever I went to the post office twice but still couldn't get my parcel. Thus, I decided to get help from customer service. After sending the first message, they blamed me for not giving the fully address. However, I sent the images of my order to prove that the address is given fully. And then THEY STILL KEPT BLAMING ME THAT " the recipient was ABSENT". It's RIDICULOUS because there was no call. I also contacted with post office and got the answer that since my parcel need to get the recipient's signature, it would not be send to mailbox and I have to go to the post office to grab it. I wonder whether Olive young even tried to investigate my case or they didn't care and just find the excuse by BLAMING CUSTOMER?
First time as well as last time order here. I definitely delete this app whether I can get my parcel or nor

I love Olive Young but I really hate this app. There are so many existing bugs within this app. For example, it drives me crazy every time I want to go to my ‘cart’. Please fix it!!
Scam
I ordered from Olive Young worth of $200 products ( order number/ticket number:O220921591902 ) and it was not delivered to my address. When i tracked delivery status, it was stated that my shipment was disposed. I inquired about this to customer service and they said due to not answering the call from delivery company, my shipment was disposed. I never received a phone call from any delivery company and olive young didn't even provide me the proof that they contacted delivery company what the actual reason was. My address and contact information was correct and i confirmed with them but the answer they gave me was that they cannot refund me the amount or ship the products again. Such a scam. Don’t buy from here.
