## Ollo Credit Card Mobile App Reviews in United States

### *---- "Tried to d/l as instructed, doesn’t work"
Received an email today, 12/8/2025, that my Ally credit card will be transitioning to an Ollo card soon, and and was instructed to proactively download the Ollo card app. After doing so, when I first opened the app, nothing happened. The Ollo logo appeared, then a spinning circle for about 10 seconds in the center of the screen popped up and disappeared, and then…nothing. Just a blue background. Tried power cycling; same issue.

### ***-- "So far so good."
I was happy to receive my card. I came in a timely manner and setting up my account on both my laptop and iPhone was effortless. As I said "So far so good"

### *---- "Doesn’t work!"
I downloaded the app and tried to open it but it didn’t work
-- calico523, 2025-11-06

### *---- "The website and app are useless"
I tried to activate my card today online. It didn’t work. I tried the app and it didn’t work. I couldn’t enroll or anything. I was on the phone with customer support trying to activate my card for fifteen minutes. I asked why the website and app were unresponsive. She said it was working perfectly fine on her end. This is ridiculous.

### *---- "App is not working"
App is not working..nothing appears on the screen when I tried several times to open it up.
-- LadyEYR, 2025-10-20

### *---- "Mobile App"
Very poor quality

### *---- "The application didn’t work!!!"
I tried to sign in after I enroll. It gave me the message ‘’invalid sign in’’ even after I changed my password a few times. It works fine when I sign in on my laptop. It didn’t work on both iPhone and android.
