## Olympic Athletic Club Reviews in United States

### *---- "It just doesn’t work"
The only thing this app can reliably do is be used to scan into the gym.
-- clayton--h, 2025-11-14

### *---- "Great Gym - Avoid This App"
The gym is great but this app is buggy and hasn’t been updated in over a year. The UI/UX is clunky and the overall design is outdated. Developers need to integrate the swim lane registration so that you don’t need two apps to use the gym. Also adding indoor GIS so you can find equipment and classrooms in the maze that is OAC would be extremely useful!
-- fmitc042, 2025-10-15

### *---- "Can’t Login"
I’ve reset the password twice deleted and reinstalled the app, still a zero. Looks like others have the same issue. Why are you promoting this app at the front desk. No thanks.
-- NiksterD, 2025-03-27

### *---- "Nothing works-can't swim"
I literally can't find anywhere to reserve a swim lane. I was told to use this because the website swim reservation just doesn't work. I'm stunned. We pay way too much for this. Unbelievable.
-- Cat_Z.P.R., 2024-03-28

### *---- "Unable to login"
I’ve never been able to successfully log into this app, even after double and triple confirming I’m using the correct credentials. Maybe it’s a great app once you get in, but judging by other reviews it sounds like not.
-- ggause, 2024-03-18

### *---- "Glitchy, unnecessary & frustrating"
This app does not work and errors out the moment you try to do anything. Seems like leadership forgot the old saying, “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it”. mindbody worked seamlessly and I can only see this move alienating members away from the club. Having to download another app for every single thing is a frustration many have in this day and age and this is the classic example of yet another unnecessary app that does not need to be on my phone. Especially not if it doesn’t even properly function for its purpose.

I’d give it zero stars if I could.
-- Platladypizza, 2024-01-25

### *---- "Buggy App"
I’ve had multiple issues with the app. When I first set up my account, buttons were missing. Had to call in to the gym to get it “fixed”. Now I can’t log in. Tried the password reset three times and have yet to receive an email to actually reset my password (and yes, I checked my spam folder). Please improve this app
-- SeattleMel, 2023-12-31

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
I like the idea of the gym having its own app but it’s been a month now and this app still doesn’t work. I haven’t been able to book classes, read the descriptions of classes, or even see what swim times are available. I thought by now they would’ve at least made a few improvements to the app but it’s the exact same as day 1.
-- Autumn51, 2023-12-26

### *---- "Worst app ever"
What’s wrong with just using Mind and Body? This thing is impossible to book swim session, please allow an option to book through mind and body as well, or better, just don’t use this crap and save everyone’s time
-- fgnjjutfgnkkiug, 2023-12-09

### *---- "Seriously awful"
After first loading the app onto my phone, multiple pages were blank, so key "buttons" were totally missing, making any kind of troubleshooting impossible.
I use tons of apps and this is the worst I've seen in years. Not a smart investment considering the customer experience in the Mind Body app was far, far superior. Booking a lap swim is a total nightmare. Front desk staff is getting hammered but frustrated members like me bc they understandably aren't meant to have to deal with this kind of mess.
Seriously Olympic Club leaders- please fix this nightmare & get your members input before you jump into something like this. People want a fast, easy & intuitive experience-- this is NOT that.
