Peor experiencia
Tren vacío y me asignaron el último asiento del último vagón que ni siquiera se reclina. Inentendible. Nunca más Cómo me pidieron, les doy mas detalles. Compre los billetes x la app, no me permitía ni elegir ni cambiar los asientos asignados. Al llegar al tren de ida a Málaga iba con menos del 30% del pasaje ocupado. Mi lugar: el último rincón del último vagón, reitero con el vagón prácticamente vacío, con la butaca de al lado ocupada también mientras había varios lugares libres. Sugiero permitan realizar, si no les parece la elección al menos dar la posibilidad de cambio de los lugares. A disposición! Saludos

La peor atención al cliente la tiene Omio, me cancelaron un viaje y no me realizan el reembolso. Hace mas de una semana que me contacto con la ayuda y solo recibo respuestas automáticas de un bot. PESIMO SERVICIO DE ATENCION AL CLIENTE

Pague por equipaje que nunca facturaron por lo tanto la aerolínea me lo cobró ya que no figuraba en el pasaje. Contacté a servicio al cliente y no me devolvieron nada ni me dieron una respuesta coherente, nunca más. No recomiendo en absoluto
