Bought a bus ticket and when I came on the bus station, it turned out that such bus does not exist. On the bus station they told me that this is not the first time someone buys tickets to this bus on Omio (that does not exist) Omio’s support is a useless chatbot telling me to contact the carrier, but why do I have to contact the carrier if the transaction was facilitated using Omio, it should be responsibility of Omio

The app is great. Using it for a second year in a row for my trips to Spain. Easy to book and buy a ticket and keep all the needed information and the tickets at one place. Great and very intuitive interface! I recommend it

Selling tickets to non existent busses. Don’t trust!!
I booked tickets for a bus ride and when I got to the bus station the driver made me pay cash for my ticket without giving me an actual ticket. I showed him the online ticket and the confirmation but he insisted the ticket is not real and I have to pay him cash. The bus company was Bla Bla Bus and it was a Serbian bus driver - better not use that bus company as well as well as the Omio app. I got double charged by paying twice for my trip. Really dissatisfied and disappointed with the service. Never using them again!
Seat numbers when applicable and consistent platform info for trains. For several train round-trips I’ve got only one time information about the train platform for departure. In the current version there’a no info about seats.
Great app but it kinda needs some more adjustments to be done. For example I'm don't think the only way i can get from my country's capital to another one in Europe is possible only by a plane .. I'd be a lot easier to use only one app for all the searches i'm doing Greetings ;)
