I love using Omio and their app. Works well and gets me where I need to go!
They have zero customer service. They charged me 10$ for customer service and they didn’t provide anything. I bought a train ticket from Barcelona to Madrid and then a bus from Madrid to Granada. The train got delayed and I can’t get my bus to Granada now. The bus company allows to change tickets easily, but beautiful I got the ticket from Omio, I have to do it through their app. The app says contact customer service to change the ticket and customer service is only a robot which refers you to the same change your ticket page. The worst customer service I saw in my life! The worst! They just don’t care! No phone number, no operator, they get their money and then they are gone!
I can’t cancel my ticket!!!
We booked a ferry on the TP Line in Croatia. The ferry was canceled due to inclement weather. Omio kept a service charge for their trouble I guess. Never use secondary sights. They are a rip off!
I booked bus & train tickets with them in Estonia & Portugal respectively. They were open tickets but there was no option in the app to change the time or date. On trying to contact the support, they were not available and the response came after my journey had ended.
Such an amazing app. Gives you all options and prices for plane, train and bus. Can book on app. Well laid out and easy to navigate! Highly recommend!!
booked multiple trips via omio for my trip through scandinavia. they were absolutely no help when both SJ and Öresundståg trapped us on trains. 0/10 would not recommend to my worst enemy.
As per the app cancellation policy I should lose 30% and receive the remaining. Never received any response or amounts back. So disappointed. I emailed many times. Hope they will refund my credit card or etransfer me the money. Or do something.
I just want to complain about when I buy tickets for September 20 Leo Express and your company council my ticket not me. I just want to send me the money to my MasterCard because I paid by MasterCard. And somebody sent me the email they want me to send information about my bank. I pay by MasterCard when I pay MasterCard. They must return to the Mastercard simple as that.
