Awful app. Charges a mark-up under the guise of a pretty UI. But individual seat reservation does not work, so 2 tickets booked sit apart. Payments via Apple Pay fail (when they previously worked) and the option to try again becomes disabled, meaning you must re-enter all details and options, for the payment to fail again (different card, still Apple Pay). Also doesn’t show Platform, Delay information on the train you booked. Finally the Apple Wallet ticket with QR is handy, but doesn’t include your coach and seat number. Avoid, and download TrenIT instead, where all the above problems are solved.

Didn’t take snapshot of my confirmation and it wasn’t sent to my email. Some direct relay to my email but it never came so I wasted money and can’t find ticket

The Omio App is a great tool to use to find the best way to travel to your destination. It gives you several options of travel ways to pick from at the best prices, it’s also easy to navigate around the site. I highly recommend using it

I used Omio to schedule train travel throughout Italy during December 2024. The train travel went very smoothly. It’s my go to app for train travel. However, I booked a flight in ITA airways and the segment was canceled and I did not see the cancellation email. Fortunately, I was able to buy tickets at the airport so the outcome allowed me to travel on schedule.
