I bought 2 train tickets with the app, at the same time, they gave us seats far away from each other… is that some kind of joke..?

Felvagyok haborodav vasaroltam 1 felnött es egy fiatalkoru jegyet 53.000 ft ertékben es valtozott az időpont mivel németorszagban dolgozunk és hamarabb indultunk haza és probaltam lemondani de nem lehetett és ha nem utaztunk akkor kiert nem kapok éretesitest rola hogy fisszafizetik a pénzt ha feljelentest fogok tenni önök ellen rendörségen jogi utra terelem az ügyet ilyen nincs ha valaki lekési vagy változik az időpont akkor miér nem térítik vissza jegy árát

Had been trying to fix my problem with somebody and refund my tickets for 2 weeks now. I couldn’t make it from the app so got in touch with Service well before the travel, but nothing so far….just the same generic mails about apologizing and asking me to write again and again

I bought a French, SNCF ticket, and whatever I did, I was unable to have to the trains. Do not use Omio in France!

Kétszer használtam. Egyik egy Barcelona - Andorra buszjáratra. Penzt levonta, de foglalas es buszjegy nem jött. Majd levelezgetes utan nagy nehezen visszautalták az összeget. Masik foglalas egy Bibione-Venezia vonatjegy. Itt pedig 100% felárral adott volna jegyet, mint amennyibe került az ItaliaRail honlapján vásárolva.

we bought our tickets with CANCELLATION PROTECTION. we had to cancel our journey because of a strike at the airport. and they said they can’t refund the tickets (which we have paid extra cancellation protection fee)
