Omio: Train, bus and flight

Nomago changed destination and departure time. And don’t reply. Omio took my money, and my problem is left be mine. They don’t help. So I had to buy another ticket from a more reliable service. And lost my money to Omio.

I booked a train ride via omio and the train was cancelled. On omio it appears valid, and I have no way to claim the refund. The app is fine until you try to chat with customer service, which seems to be implemented via web embedded into the app, requiring you to keep the app open until you get a response (I didn’t get any in 2 hours, then never heard from them in any way)

You are not reachable. People buy flexible tickets but there is no response on the app or via email. Very disappointing

Jv application doesn’t really work. The ticket is a fraud. You don’t really get the QR code for the ticket and then on the train they ask for QR code, and if you don’t have it, they throw you off the train like they did to me. Don’t use Omio

Bad service The the ship was cancelled because a weather and nobody answer and doesn’t want to give money back
