Omio: Train, bus and flight

If you ever book a flight with Omio and need to reschedule or change destination, you would regret it. They never have options for flexibility, it is better you just go to the official website of the airline or use another platform. Their tickets can’t be opened, refunded or exchanged.

Didn’t take snapshot of my confirmation and it wasn’t sent to my email. Some direct relay to my email but it never came so I wasted money and can’t find ticket

The Omio App is a great tool to use to find the best way to travel to your destination. It gives you several options of travel ways to pick from at the best prices, it’s also easy to navigate around the site. I highly recommend using it

I used Omio to schedule train travel throughout Italy during December 2024. The train travel went very smoothly. It’s my go to app for train travel. However, I booked a flight in ITA airways and the segment was canceled and I did not see the cancellation email. Fortunately, I was able to buy tickets at the airport so the outcome allowed me to travel on schedule.

They cancelled my ride saying it gonna come at 3 am only for it to come the next day and also they kept us waiting under the cold all night without no explanation they never pick me up for return and they never gave me my money back when you call they with hang up on me and that what they did till I gave up calling

This app in combination with Google Maps is powerful. You can efficiently navigate anywhere in Europe at a GREAT value. No competition.
