So my app just had a memory corruption error message alert which completely shut down the app. Doing my own internet research, I discovered it’s due to not having enough storage available, so make sure you’re always checking your phone storage. Other than than, I am happy with the convenience of only having to bring around one device but I might just bring my PDM just for backup. -- Rozzee1, 2025-01-03 ### *---- "G7?" We waited for well over a year for the IOS version to be approved by the FDA and they don’t include an option for G7 Users???? I am about to go back to the ball and chain of a tubed insulin pump. It’s just one headache after another. Your launch team needs to communicate with your engineering and launch team better. It is constantly losing my Dexcom sensor connection and just stops insulin delivery until it reconnects so I have to manually administer. Peoples lives are in your hands with this, these issues should not be happening, the app also doesn’t alert when it loses the sensor so you’ll have no idea until you start feeling sick. Then spend hours playing catch up to get back to normal. -- ReckOne559, 2025-01-01 ### ****- "Great, but some changes could help" I’ve loved being able to only require my phone for managing my diabetes now. The app is intuitive and meets my needs… for the most part. I would LOVE to be able to enter an extended bolus while still in the AUTOMATED mode. Due to my delayed digestion, giving the bolus all-at-once is not viable for me, requiring me to switch to Manual mode every time I bolus, and then needing to remember to switch back to Automated once the extended bolus completes… not ideal as I can often forget to do so. I also agree that it seems to excessively require authentication, but I can live with that if required (as it is delivering life impacting medication). However, I just got switched to the Dexcom G7 and it is not compatible with the app yet. Please work on this right away, as to I am back to carrying two devices at all times again. Please Keep Up to Date. -- JReyesMa83, 2024-12-29 ### *---- "So many issues i switched to my old receiver" I have had my pod currypt a couple of time recently and it makes you delete the app and re-put in all your values and basal setting and set it up again and each time this happens and i was 3 hours from home with fresh food luckily i had a extra pod on me but it just up and has a error that corrupt the pod and i haven’t heard or seen any updated or changes to fix this it’s ridiculous this app has so many bugs and issues that i definitely agree insulet let down a whole bunch of people and shouldn’t have released this app with out more testing. Insulet says they need everything back in order to get replacements. After burning through four pods and throwing them away is when I find that out. This app was not ready and by pushing it out it’s only a detriment instead of a boost as it should have been.
