I have enjoyed using Omron products in the past. I live in Abuja. I decided to step up and procured the blood pressure monitor to be able to smartly interact more with my readings, with the hope of getting same for my siblings. I downloaded the app from app store. However, I couldn't pair the device with my iPhone because "it is not available in my country/region". I feel really disappointed.
The app was updated a month ago and ever since, i’ve not been able to log into the app. My major regret is not having an alternative place for keeping my records. Now am struggling to log in and it’s just not happening. I ve decided to abandon the app, but first, i want to retrieve my data within it. I used to enjoy using the app before the update. I wish i can go back and not click the update button.

I can’t connect my iOS device
For many hours I tried pairing my phone to my newly purchased Omron BCM-500 scale and still couldn't pair them. Someone should please look into this asap, as it's very frustrating.
Months later and still the same issue of not being able to sync. Can you please just repost the old app and lest us all have peace.
This app is not pairing, painful thing is I can’t go back to my old app after migrating
All my effort to pairs was abortive. Formal app is working perfectly for me until you force me on using new app. Even others model are not included. Kindly do d needful pls.
I can’t pair my device on this new app, it’s not even on the list of compactible devices
I am unable to pair my device and sync my data, which is rather frustrating. The old app was working just fine. Kindly fix this ASAP.
