After painfully registering, relogging in, failing to scan credit card and eventually relogging in yet again and and trying to start charging, the app just threw its hands up in the air and said that it couldnt start charging - try again later. But the charging post didn’t even let go of the charging cable. Contacting support didnt give contact to a human, so it felt like I was stranded. Ugh.

Hefur virkað mjög vel og í tvö skipti þar sem komið hefur upp villu melding hefur þjónustuverið reddað því hratt og örugglega greinilega fagfólk þar
Illa hannað notenda viðmót. Gafst upp á að reyna að skrá mig inn. Rafræn skilríki virkuðu ekki einnig að búa til nýjan reikning. Eitthvað sem á að vera sáraeinfalt og taka innan við 2 mínútur tók alltof langan tíma og virkaði ekki á endanum.
Appið leyfir mér ekki að skrá mig sem þiggjanda „afsláttarins“ (sem er sama verð og var, áður en þetta app kom til sögunnar?) Og ekki heldur að komast á mínar síður...
Needs a totally new user experience approach. You are never sure if you are logged into the app and it just gives you an error message when trying to scan the QR code. I have had to call the help desk too many times for a simple thing like charging my car. I have to say it is still better then Isorka. They are still behind on the whole chargibg experience.
Hefur virkað 1/5 tilfella að hefja hleðslu i gegnum appið. Ekki hægt að treysta a þetta.
The ON app is really simple and user friendly. Just two click to charge and good map of all the charging stations. But i would like to see different icons for AC and DC
I can see all ON charging stations and if they are available or in use Víðigerði is my favorite charging station with lot of plugs
