## On Demand Transit Description
Request rides to and from any bus stop in your service area, and your request is automatically dispatched to a bus to be carried out. Have the freedom to schedule for ASAP or for a later date and time.

See your ride request, along with an estimated time of arrival so you can time your travels perfectly. With the ability to track the bus in real time as it approaches, you are always kept in the loop, confident that your ride is on its way.

You can request a trip using this app with transit agencies that use Pantonium’s EverRun On Demand Transit Solution. You will be required to enter your transit agency’s transit code to use On-Demand Transit - Rider App. Visit your agency's website to if you aren't sure on what to enter.

Need to be somewhere important and on time? The On Demand Transit app enables you to select either a pick-up time or a drop-off time so that no matter your purpose - you can get where you need to go. Just select which end of your trip is more important, and the transit system will take care of the rest.

Transit shouldn’t be difficult and cumbersome. When you use this unique on-demand service, you won’t be required to enter an address, personal details or even a name. Just provide an email and you are on your way. No more riding along a fixed route, travel only to stops that are requested, using the best routes for maximum time savings.

Don’t want to use this app? That’s fine! There are plenty of ways to ride on demand. Ask your transit organization about calling in to book trips or using their online portal through a phone or computer. You can even board a vehicle without a trip booked and indicate where you want to go.

## On Demand Transit Reviews in Canada

### *---- "HORRRRRIBLE"
this app SUCKS. first of all, some of the drivers are RUDE. second of all, no matter if you book it the day of or the day BEFORE it still takes long for them to get to you. what do you mean i have to wait an hour for ONE CHEAP RIDE???? and don’t get me started on the glitches where they switch between different drivers constantly. AND DO NOT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE FACT THAT SOME DRIVERS ARE GREEDY AND WILL TAKE A RIDE EVEN IF THEY ALREADY HAVE LIKE 10+ STOPS CHOSEN. IF YOU HAVE THAT MANY RIDES BOOKED DON’T CHOOSE AN ASAP RIDE. DO NOT GET THIS APP.
-- jddjjejs, 2024-09-11

### *---- "They are cancelling my ride"
They are cancelling my ride because I’m a student currently studying in sheridan college they are doing discrimination with every student because our college give them money to don’t give us ride
-- Jassgrewal5620, 2024-06-19

### *---- "Horrible service"
My bus just changed to on-demand, the one that I take to work, and the app doesn’t work whatsoever and I called the on-demand centre and they also didn’t have any clue how to work it or even what my transit number was one out of 10 horrible horrible service
-- sunshine_cake, 2024-04-29

### ***** "Works perfect for me!"
Love this app, so easy to get a ride where I want, when I want.
-- drake12637, 2023-05-01

### *---- "How long is it going to take you to FIX THE APP???"
Really though…I’ve been trying for MONTHS to sign in and make an account and all its doing is loading and not getting me anywhere
-- Covfefe19, 2022-12-14

### *---- "I’d love to like this but I don’t"
Heard there had been some improvement so I reloaded the app but every time I enter an address in Crystal Beach or Ridgeway, Ontario, I get an error message that says “not with in any service area geofence”. so, being a problem, solver, I went to see if I could find a place to report this to the developers, but couldn’t.
-- Sterner64, 2022-12-10

### *---- "Login issue"
Cant sign in with the right info.
-- PBTSxKo-t, 2022-11-16

### *---- "Can’t even sign up"
Every time I try to sign in or sign up it doesn’t work. I try to change my password and it never sends me emails. This was a waste of my time.
-- Sobek88, 2022-11-02

### *---- "Bad service"
This app is extremely awful. It just keeps on cancelling my bus when it’s time for pick up. And it does not show a fixed pick up time. Sometimes it shows after 20 minutes to the selected pick up time and sometimes after 1-2 hours. This app is too bad for people who work night shifts. Even signing in the app shows so much error without any specific reason.
-- Sidhu 7, 2022-08-14

### **--- "Issues"
Keeps kicking me off and I have done the uninstall and reinstall every time. Won’t let me when I’m using my cellular data. And when there’s one last bus for saint albert dial a bus it won’t let me book.
