Support eventually told me to try again and offered their apologies but it was too late. Just spent extra money I didn’t need to only because they listed the business on their list, which is the opposite of the intention of who gave me the card. This is more stress than it was worth, you’re better off sending a direct digital payment or cash to someone. -- Bananahummusomlette, 2026-10-08 ### *---- "Worst gift ever" Would rather forgo the $150 gift than deal with the difficulty of use. Nice idea. Bad implementation. -- Pri-x, 2026-09-15 ### ***** "greatest" this app is so great honestly -- yaripaa, 2026-08-24 ### ***** "So easy to use!" Love this app! Makes gifting so easy. I don’t have to know exactly what they want to send a special gift. -- Lola109123, 2026-07-06 ### *---- "Simplify the processes." This app makes everything too difficult to transfer your “gift” to your account. The process should be simplified to a Venmo style process. I click where/who I send money to and hit send. This app is bad -- Bxhzbebz, 2026-06-19 ### ***** "Great experience" Received funds for this as a gift; had an initial issue using it but the company quickly responded and quickly solved the issue. Very impressed with the customer service and the app works great! -- Trussell98, 2026-06-04 ### ***** "Wonderful" Wonderful card to use for purchasing coffee etc. -- blan5555, 2026-06-03 ### *---- "If you like your friend, don’t use this app." Show your friends how much you hate them by sending them a gift through this app. Such a hassle. I was gifted $100 card. Before I can use it I have to download the app and provide my phone number. After getting into the app it gives you the ability to add to your apple wallet. iPad doesn’t have a wallet app. It finally showed up in the wallet on my phone, but won’t accept the CVV code required to add it to the wallet for use. So I chat in to the reps, but I have to stand by for a half hour waiting for a response. Even if the reps are able to help with this, this app is such a damn hassle. -- recbmbdessesnu, 2026-03-27 ### ***** "All around great app!" Super easy to navigate, functional and very responsive! Couldn’t say anything better about it! -- Mrlouieb, 2026-03-20 ### *---- "Not easy to split payments" While purchasing a Coursera annual subscription I wanted to use my card to pay for this. As it would not split payments easily I was charged for the whole balance on my personal card. I have no other use for the card beside making a purchase for learning. (Which now I have) so basically it’s a waste of money sitting in my Apple wallet at the moment. Extremely dissatisfied at the ease of use for this. Would like to get my money back now that I was not able to use it for what I intended…. -- not really working?, 2026-01-27 ### ***** "Best digital gift card" I never write reviews but this digital gift card is simply the best. -- musicinda22, 2025-12-16 ### *---- "Terrible user experience" I was gifted $20 to spend on streaming services and the card has been declined multiple times even though I am trying to spend at approved services. I have spent at least $20 of my own trying to rent or buy using the gift card. Good idea but horrible execution -- L.A.Doll75, 2025-12-15 ### ***** "Easy to use for bulk gifting" All my colleagues got On Me gift cards for Christmas this year! -- willy wapple, 2025-12-12 ### *---- "Difficult to use card" I received this gift card for $15. It was unusable until I added five more dollars to it. I’m down to a lower balance $5 on the card and it will not let me use the full balance left on the card. This seems very deceptive. -- JJGGG54321, 2025-11-19 ### ***** "Nice app" It's easy to send a gift to my loved ones. -- Kean Li, 2025-10-13 ### *---- "Terrible gift. Send cash. Send gift card." Terrible gift. Requires a cell phone and too much information to use. They are literally still spamming me 1 year later. Almost impossible to use up because can’t use on half the websites without adding more money (because you often can’t pay with more than one card and can’t select an exact amount to put on the card). Can’t add more money without giving them more information. -- JP_reviews_, 2025-09-17 ### *---- "Digital gift card" Difficult to access money -- Sam and max2025, 2025-09-07 ### ***** "Incredibly easy gift giving" I’ve had no issues with his app and its made sending gifts to friends extremely simple to do -- helpi'mtrapped, 2025-06-30 ### *---- "DO NOT RECOMMEND" Customer service or the AI chat bot is non existent. Unable to load the card on my app. Had to even download the app which I don’t want to do. You make access the gift card more troublesome than it needs to be. Now I’m just going to use another company altogether because the usability has been trash. -- Bates678, 2025-06-30 ### *---- "Horrible user experience" I was gifted a $10 gift card for coffee by a business associate. I received it via sms. I had to create an account to access it. Once I accessed it, I tried to add it to my Apple wallet. I had to download and install the app. Ok. Then I tried to add it and it said it required a minimum of $20 to do so. Ok. So I tried to add it to a Starbucks gift card as the original gift said it could be used at Starbucks. It threw errors, which probably meant I could not use it for transfers. So I tried to buy a gift card. Same thing. I’ve probably wasted 30 mins now trying to get to where I could actually use this $10. Terrible user experience. Totally invalidated the nice attempt at a gift from my friend for advising her on her business. -- Matty Double U, 2025-06-25 [View all On Me reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
