## On the Go Reviews in New Zealand

### **--- "And access my rewards and no contact or reply from the customer service"
I have not been able to access my rewards for some time and have tried to get help and contact from the apps customer service support team but no one has responded. Very disappointed
-- loopsw, 2023-12-23

### *---- "Unable to Sign Up"
Can’t sign up as a new customer
-- wzyad, 2022-10-06

### *---- "Can’t set up app"
Same as quite a few other users, you can enter an email address, name and password but there’s no button available to finalise setting up the app
-- Delinnotte, 2022-07-22

### *---- "Sign up"
How do I need to sign up? I put all my details in the app but there is no submit button
-- Ironlunh, 2022-05-16

### **--- "Same issues as the rest…"
Doesn’t use iOS AuthenticationServices for password creation/change so it’s nearly impossible to create a strong, manageable password. Then doesn’t use ApplePay so your credit card details are behind an insecure password. May as well be a web app.

Well done for fixing the cart issue quickly though.

### ***** "Great App !!"

-- TianaSainty, 2020-06-15

### ***** "Makes life easier"

### ***** "Great App"
If you do a lot of commuting, but don’t have the time to sit around and wait for your beverage to be made, this is a game changer.
-- the man from mimbai, 2020-04-22

### ***** "Game Changer"
I’m not a big fan of waiting in lines at the best of times, finding this app was a game changer for me. No more lines and good coffee every morning on my walk to work, thanks guys!
