This is a great way to increase your impact without increasing headcount.

In an industry (Homebuilding) where costly mistakes are all to common, ON3’s approach is leading to much-needed efficiencies. It’s a huge money and time saver. I’ve seen some negative reviews and honestly I don’t get it. For those who embrace the value of being open to constantly learning and doing things better, On3 is hands down the best choice.

Overly repetitive information, each section is ended with a video and those don’t always line up with the lesson. For being forced to use this training I found it to be lacking in vital information that would actually be helpful. Lots of trick questions/ terrible wording. They don’t use common construction terms and often make up there own. Overall this became more of a hassle and a burden than anything related to actual training.
