## Onceit Reviews in New Zealand

### ***** "Onecit review."
Love onecit and all it offers. Have always had excellent service.

Thanks Kaye.
-- KayeLuis, 2024-11-06

### *---- "Unsatisfied shopping experience"
Never make any complain, but this is classic. I Made order and got only half of my order, then offer to refund less than half of what I spend. Its very unfair, and as a customer, I lose my money and not get my goods 👎. Never again shop from them ☹️
-- maggiezzk, 2024-08-07

### ***** "Once it"
Great logistics
-- Mrfrilly, 2024-01-13

### ****- "Once it rocks!"
Love Once it. It would be great to see more of a variety of clothes brands and mix of categories each day. Free shipping for clothing at times would be great too.
You could maybe think about having a spin wheel like those Temu and SHEIN sites have now. It could be extra 5 or 10% off, free shipping, free credit or better luck next time.
Overall one of my favourite websites- keep up the good work! Cheers, Anna

### ***** "Payment Apple Pay"
Hi, I love the website but it would be great if you guys add ApplePay to the checkout.

Thanks!
-- pau32123, 2023-09-09

### ***-- "Bit boring"
Need some new interesting stuff. Sick of Stella and Gemma and sick of candles. How about some designer shoes and boots and handbags
-- Swilsnz, 2023-04-09

### **--- "Quality checks"
Most of my orders have at least one item that is faulty. I then have to go through contact to rectify. This process often takes a lot of my time because you can't get through to phone line or emails no response. When you do get through the contact people are wonderful but it is very frustrating to have to go through almost every order. I have regularly asked onceit to have better quality checks but still I get very damaged or faulty clothing items.

### ***** "Favourite shoping app"
Love the brand and category range
-- prernasinha, 2022-04-05

### *---- "Decreasing service and quality"
I’ve been having the app since it just started back in 2013, 2014 and made quite a few purchases at the beginning and the overall experience was always good. I can’t believe how the quality of goods on here have gone downhill since the last two years. Bought a dress recently (wasn’t cheap) and expected the quality to be good but what I received was some piece of fabric with poor quality, even worse than those on Shein. Also there’s high shipping costs and as they get their products shipped to you from different suppliers, you have to pay separately for each item, not all for one time shipping fee like they used to do. Had to wait 6 weeks this time for the item to arrive too. Completely disappointed! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
-- louvdg, 2021-11-06

### ****- "Love the app but where the heck is the wishlist option!"
This app is good and easy to use as it should be but the only thing I absolutely hate is not having a wishlist option and on top of that stuff only stays for one hour in cart. Like I need sometime to figure out what I need to buy. Having a wishlist would make it a alot easier.
