## ONE! Reviews in Canada

### **--- "So slow"
I hate how slow this app loads. Takes for ever to show packages. Also, it does not update I’m real time, you must close the app completely for updated information for available packages.
-- rich+unfamous, 2024-12-05

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
I’ve been having issues with the app and the wall device for some time now. I called and said someone will call back to fix it but still hasn’t. I honestly don’t like this.
-- Asia love 1111111112222222, 2024-12-04

### ****- "Locked/Unlocked indicator"
The app is pretty good for smart home but could you add the feature that show in the app that the door is locked or unlocked currently there is just one indicator that shows the door is opened/closed
-- sepehr naseri, 2024-11-16

### *---- "Update???"
My app just got an update today, your notes says that you guys fixed the issues but the app still sucks, it is still super slow and crashes.
-- Jat .T, 2024-09-17

### **--- "Add notifications alert, please!"
The application frequently significantly slows down and lacks functionality for working with notifications. I do not receive notifications for new messages from my condo until I manually check the tab within the app. I would prefer it if the notification alerts were visually represented on the main screen. Additionally, having pop-up notifications that immediately inform me of new posts as soon as they are received would be beneficial.
-- JuneJulyly, 2024-07-19

### *---- "Always connection error"
The connection is unstable and often not work when you need it!
-- Rrrnnn0606, 2024-07-12

### *---- "The app doesn’t work when you need it."
I often get a black screen with an infinite loading icon. The only work around is to un install and reinstall the app. The thermostat configuration can’t be changed from the app, it gets stuck in an infinite loading icon too. I have also gotten multiple false unit alarms. What is supposed to be a quality of life improvement has become to me another source of concerns and frustration.
-- Dan Sands, 2024-06-18

### **--- "Bugs"
After updated the app, I can not control any thing inside room. I think there is some issues while updating the apps.
-- Owl_ghost, 2024-06-18

### *---- "Door bell issue"
My door bell is not ringing and opening the door from the phone app.
-- vidushi.shrotriya, 2024-04-28

### ****- "App is ok"
There is an option for the blinds but that doesn’t work. There is an option for lights but only controls one light.
