One by MetLife is a one stop platform, which provides its users access to a wide range of health services to live a better life and access to their policy details.


Policy related services include:

•	premium payment statement along with due dates 
•	request for policy changes

Additionally, the app features 360Health, which is available to customers and non-customers. This feature provides connection with healthcare providers to access various health and wellness services enabling you to live a healthy life. 
Key features of 360health include;
Activity and Fitness


•	Health Risk Assessment - Measuring of your basic health vitals such as heart rate, breathing rate, blood pressure, Spo2 and stress level through face scan from your smartphone camera without additional equipment. 
•	Healthy Push Reminder - Set up reminders for exercise, drinking water, taking medicine and walking, helping users maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.



Emergency and First Aid
•	Ambulance Service - Users can directly call the listed ambulance service providers during emergencies.
