## One Channel Plus Reviews in United States

### *---- "Can’t cancel free trial"
You can’t cancel the free trial from the app, which feels shady. On top of that, it’s buggy and keeps showing the same tutorial over and over.
-- Uzern4me, 2025-07-12

### *---- "Nothing but problems!!"
I’ve purchased the app & channel but it doesn’t acknowledge these purchases & I can’t watch ANYTHING!! I want my money back!! Would NEVER recommend!!
-- TinkersMom1, 2025-05-11

### ***** "This app is amazing"
This app saves me a ton of money, really love
it!
-- Peterquillan, 2025-04-19

### ***-- "Good saving."
It’s abit confusing how to use. But once you get the hang of it it’s super easy. C

### *---- "Just a way to get money can’t cancel"
So that free trial option, there’s absolutely no way to cancel. I guess maybe if you lucky and support can do it. But it’s scummy and scammy to not have a cancellation button on account page. Luckily I used privacy virtual card and closed the card instantly so can’t be charged

### *---- "No sirve y aparte te quieren cobrar pagos recurrentes"

### ***** "Good app not for me."
Tried it wasn’t a fan.
-- Reaper89403, 2023-05-29

### ***** "Good"
It’s easy to use and I love the service. All I would ask was to fix the random notification popping up and you have to click through them and you can’t just x out
-- Viision4, 2023-05-23

### ***-- "Buggy/Sketchy"
Who's Jack? I tried the free trial (3day) without entering my credit card info instead of the (7 days) as advertised by entering my credit card info. Already 1 point lost for false advertising. Secondly, the app is very buggy and keeps displaying dismissed information such as how to activate the autofill. The account provided for the 3 day trial is under the name jack with a personal email from Outlook. Many points lost later, the service failed to include the advertised Prime Video. Everything just seem fishy. Like their fishing for private information in the name of “saving”. $25 for Netflix is a movie ticket for a whole months worth of content. To save, just wait until your shows/movies are available in bulk then pay the fee and watch everything you need within the 30 day subscription. $25 verse $$$$ annually.

### *---- "Past trial subscriber - lost access and money o. Yearly subscription"
Previously I was one of the first beta testers of the app , after the trial of 7 days and overall ok service - signed for mont to month plan for 4-5 months , overall service is good but ended up upgrading the passwords almost every week on iPhones and TV , 20-30% of time unable to login due to too many people logged in or some issues and rest 70-80% working good. Then I signed up paying almost 150$ for 3 channels on yearly subscription discount and used the service for another 3 months

Main issues - just after 3 months of the yearly subscription- they deleted the app and disappeared with the money and no where to trace and the app is no longer working, without app no way to use any services without app. Total waste of time / money for the rest 9-10 months and no app/ no way to get refund

Now they appeared again with the app in2 months interval , but when I logged in using the yearly subscriptions - they stated that I’m new user and have to Re- subscribe to the service and pay again.

Also during the 3-4 months of use - they keep deleting the profile almost week - so you lose your profile every week so no use of login and save any list / favorites- as the profile will be deleted in few days to week.
Nice idea - but being a Chinese app - one should be wary of the emails/ data info , can disappear anytime and then no way to get refund / keep having to create new profiles / logins on weekly basis . Not useful and nice way to lose money . Beware
