One Goal At A Time is a 100 % private tool (no spying nor tracking here) that helps you become the best version of yourself through goal setting and tailored reminders. Start each day by setting a goal, a challenge that you choose for yourself. The app will help you throughout the day by sending you reminders at a pace decided by you, to help you stick to your goal. When you are ready, check in your goal. You can set another goal if you want to, or just build new healthy habits one day at a time! The app is here to help you try and achieve your targets, and keep you motivated and uplifted if you didn’t. Going one goal at a time is a way to listen to yourself, forge ahead in a path that is uniquely yours and quiet the omnipresent noise in our overachieving culture that everything needs to be done at once. By focusing our energy on one specific goal, we give ourselves permission to be ok with the other things we are letting slip that day. Go at your own pace and set goals that motivate and ring true to you, because everybody has their own journey. It doesn’t matter where you start, the app adapts to your needs, not the other way around... The insight screen allows you to track your progress, revisit past goals and look up your streaks. Writing down a goal has several benefits: a sense of commitment, better focus, improved clarity and accountability. Because a happy self mostly comes from a peaceful mind, the app also offers a quick and simple journal feature to help capture the essence of the day. The quote of the day is meant to inspire, start on a positive note. The journal offers 3 uncomplicated questions: “What am I grateful for today?” Countless studies have shown that happiness is linked to the ability of being thankful. Abundance comes when we realize what we have, not what we miss. “What was the most important thing of the day?” Write down your plans for the day to come or find closure at the end of it.
