No pressure. No complications. Just a quick moment of reflection. Whether today was amazing or not, there's always something worth remembering. FEATURES • Themes, including dark mode • Shareable cards • Home screen widgets • Cloud backups • Siri support • Export to PDF ORIGIN Every night when we put our kids to bed, we ask "What's 1 good thing that happened today?" Their responses are sometimes ridiculous, always pure, and often make us ugly cry (happy tears). Whatever they say, it's worth remembering. We built this to help record those moments. That’s it. ## One Good Thing Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/a5/b6/41/a5b6414d-01e3-01a7-7f91-74c601593a4c/01.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/a3/78/49/a3784970-d5e4-7cc6-45c5-cb8a04c5e393/02.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/65/54/90/6554904c-d032-0c96-c362-87dd1eacceaa/03.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/80/6f/d1/806fd138-2054-fb64-31a2-45edda56d990/04.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/6b/45/58/6b455812-c162-0c25-7f17-2f2bdbf71f90/05.png/1242x2688.png) ## One Good Thing Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 9 (90%) - 4 stars: 1 (10%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 0 (0%) ## One Good Thing Reviews in United States ### ***** "I love this App!! You’re rewiring any anxieties of my day & replacing my thought to positive ones!" I love ! Love this App!! 1 Good Thing is rewiring any anxieties of my day and replacing my thoughts to think of my daily positive experiences! Thank you so much for making this app! -- lolos4, 2026-04-08 ### ***** "Best journal for this busy mom!!🥹" This app is the best thing ever! As a busy mom I find I don’t always have time to do things I would like to do, like journal. This app has made it so so simple and quick. My favorite part is you can set a daily reminder! Every night at 9 pm when the babies are asleep I get to take 30 seconds to reflect on the busy, beautiful life we have!! Thank you 1 Good Thing!!! -- Scbouker, 2026-04-05 ### ***** "Practical, Happy, Great Concept!" I sometimes forget what we did with our days once they’ve passed. This app is a cool way to look back on GOOD things. I also like that it’s designed for quick use! Such a great concept. I’m happy to get here early to an app that’s so cool! -- ShianaLee, 2026-04-04 ### ***** "gratitude / baby book made easy" I love this app. It’s so easy to journal or write down a memory with my family and practice gratitude all in one there’s not all this added stuff. It’s just clean modern easy to the point. And I absolutely love it. Great job. -- mweb2729, 2026-04-03 ### ***** "Mom approved and loved!" As a mom with two toddlers an trying to remember what I had for breakfast I love taking a few quiet moments at night to myself to reminisce on the day with my kids and plug those moments into the app. I love that I can have a widget that helps me keep my streak and also that I can change the theme to whatever mood I’m feeling that day! I’ve tried everything before journals you name it. I spent money on it, but this is the only thing that’s actually stuck in. We’re spending money on. Thank you 1 Good Thing! 🙏💛 -- Kayla Fangs Mom, 2026-03-28 [View all One Good Thing reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## One Good Thing In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Premium | $4.99 | ## One Good Thing Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/united-states) - [Angola](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/angola) - [Barbados](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/barbados) - [Bahrain](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/bahrain) - [Bermuda](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/bermuda) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/canada) - [Cyprus](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/cyprus) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/germany) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/denmark) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/ecuador) - [Estonia](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/estonia) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/hong-kong) - [Croatia](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/croatia) - [Iceland](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/iceland) - [Jamaica](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/jamaica) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/japan) - [Armenia](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/armenia) - [Luxembourg](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/luxembourg) - [Latvia](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/latvia) - [North Macedonia](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/north-macedonia) - [Macao SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/macau) - [Malta](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/malta) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/mexico) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/norway) - [Nepal](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/nepal) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/philippines) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/saudi-arabia) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/singapore) - [Slovenia](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/slovenia) - [Slovakia](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/slovakia) - [Senegal](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/senegal) - [Suriname](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/suriname) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/one-good-thing-daily-journal-Lmsz/south-korea) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
