I’ve been using One Good Thing for a bit now and I actually really like it. It’s super simple, but it kinda makes you slow down and notice something good in your day, which is nice.
The app is really easy to use and not complicated at all, so it doesn’t feel like a chore to keep up with. I’ve been using it pretty regularly and it’s honestly become a small part of my routine.
If you want something chill that helps you stay a little more positive, I’d say it’s definitely worth checking out.
