You already know the scroll is costing you. What you need isn’t more guilt, or some gamified way to “earn” your apps back - you need a system that’s simple to use and that works WITH your self-control. OneHour is built for that: 1) Set a daily screen time budget. 2) Start a session when you’re actually ready to use your apps. - This is where you become INTENTIONAL about how much time you want to scroll. 3) When time’s up, the apps are shielded again. No tricks, no workarounds - just a clear rule that makes you feel the weight of every minute. Plus - Live session countdown on Dynamic Island and the lock screen. - Modes and controls that let you match the rigidity to your life (tighter when you need it, a little room when you don’t). - Metrics and history so you can see whether you’re actually improving. OneHour doesn’t want your attention. It wants to give it back to you. Full access to all features requires an active subscription. Free to download and try. It does exactly what you want it to do without overcomplicating the process. The concept of choosing how much time you want to spend creates a “budget mentality” around screen time, which often leads to using apps far less than your allotted limit. Since using it, my screen time has dropped by nearly 75%. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to be more intentional with how they spend their time on their phone. -- Nico Sa., 2026-06-26 ### ***** "Legit insane" Have tried every screen time app out there and even own a brick…this is the only one that’s actually worked!! -- tml2000, 2026-05-14 ### ***** "Perfect screen time app" Easy to use and forces you to make conscious decisions about your screen/attention time -- joshuabra, 2026-05-13 [View all One hour reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## One hour Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/canada) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/belgium) - [Bulgaria](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/bulgaria) - [Bermuda](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/bermuda) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/brazil) - [Botswana](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/botswana) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/switzerland) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/chile) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/china) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/colombia) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/czechia) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/germany) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/denmark) - [Estonia](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/estonia) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/egypt) - [Ghana](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/ghana) - [Honduras](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/honduras) - [Croatia](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/croatia) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/israel) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/india) - [Jamaica](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/jamaica) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/japan) - [Sri Lanka](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/sri-lanka) - [Luxembourg](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/luxembourg) - [Latvia](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/latvia) - [North Macedonia](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/north-macedonia) - [Malta](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/malta) - [Namibia](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/namibia) - [Nepal](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/nepal) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/philippines) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/poland) - [Slovakia](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/slovakia) - [Senegal](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/senegal) - [Suriname](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/suriname) - [Tunisia](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/tunisia) - [Uganda](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/uganda) - [Uruguay](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/uruguay) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/argentina) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/vietnam) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/one-hour-screen-time-budget-xBLz/austria) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
