Banking Partners & Eligibility Criteria


One Credit Card is offered by multiple Banks and financial institutions i.e South Indian Bank (SIB), Federal Bank, BOBCARD, CSB Bank, Indian Bank, and SBM (State Bank of Mauritius).


You must be 18+ years old and an Indian resident to be eligible for One Credit Card. The approval is subject to your credit score and the issuing bank partner’s eligibility criteria.


Interest & Other Charges


Interest-free period - up to 48 days
The interest rate on unpaid dues - 3.75% p.m.
Over limit charges - 2.5% (min Rs. 500)
EMI Processing fee - 1% (min 99)
EMI Foreclosure fee - 3% (min 99)

after they started offering indian bank co-branded card, things have gotten worse. I had no idea i had a bill due and i wasn’t notified through email or text. they wouldn’t even let me connect to customer care every time i enter my card details they keep saying it’s wrong. Now, i have to pay extra money because of their negligence and terrible support.
