## OneConnectPoint Description
OnePoint Patient Care is the nation's leading hospice pharmacy providing PBM services, local dispensing and same day delivery and mail order pharmacy services all under one service umbrella.  OneConnectPoint is our electronic patient portal platform designed exclusively for our hospice partners.  Custom-designed for ease of use, total patient prescription management and HIPAA compliance, our hospice partners use OneConnectPoint to:
 
·View and/or edit a patient's full demographic and medication profile
 
·Quickly place multiple refill orders with a few simple clicks
 
·Ensure all medication orders are screened against the hospice’s established preferred drug list or formulary
 
·Place new e-Rx orders, including controlled substances
 
·Electronically generate prior authorization request to the designated approving manager
 
·Review all pending prior authorization requests for simple and efficient approval
 
·View alerts for queued e-Rx orders requiring action for controlled substances  (if the user is a physician)
 
·Access a patient’s plan of treatment report and clinical notes which generates all the CoP compliance requirements for pharmacy
 
·Ability to enter a new admission any time and have immediate ability to fill a medication from any pharmacy
 
·Place new e-Rx or refill orders with OnePoint Patient Care or any network pharmacy
 
·Receive real-time drug-drug interactions and allergy screening results

Unfortunately, I am forced to use this app at least 20-30 times a day. The user experience is terrible. Useless pop-ups force multiple unnecessary clicks just to get through each prescription approval. The ‘Contact Support’ link doesn’t work. There are no push notifications or App alerts to announce new Rx’s in the queue. Every new Rx request generates an email that overloads my work inbox. It seems the developer made this app once, didn’t run it through quality control, and went on permanent vacation. It’s my most hated app on my phone. Do better!

This app was great when OnePoint first brought it out, but it’s rapidly gone downhill since then!  I have to delete and reload it almost every day, and half the time it unlinks from Authenticator so I have to log in again to that, too.  The only feature here that is better than iPrescribe is that I can edit/modify Rxs before signing them without bugging the nurses to do it.  Otherwise, this app is more hassle than value at this point!

I have to download this several times per week because of the many bugs in this app. I have no choice but have to use it for my job. Desktop app is reliable. This is terrible.

This app is unreliable. No updates!!!. Gives the clinician hard time to navigate the app. You can make it simple not going around the tabs in circles

This is hands down the worst app for electronic medication management I have ever used! It is death by clicks no matter how you access the program. DO NOT USE if you have other options, take them! If I could give negative stars, I would give it a -10 stars, and an F for a letter grade.

Last version is 4 years old and maybe have been only adequate back then. 

Yeah is it functional… sure it literally is a crappy front end for their website version.

Needs at minimum facial recognition for autos, etc.
