This app deserves ZERO stars. I’ve been trying to get this shoddy thing to work properly, but haven’t found an iPhone or *other* phone that the app works properly with. 4 months of support calls and I got Nowhere. I’m sure they will respond to This review with a message to please call them M-F for support, but those canned responses are as worthless as their support teams. Crazy, when you call support they don’t even know how their hardware works, they don’t know how to use, pair, or replace the battery on the external button. Also, I hit a deer last month towing my trailer because this app did not work properly. Last week I have upgraded my iPhone from 12mini to 15 and finally I been able to connected my brake controller to my phone. But I have not been able test it yet to see how it works with my trailer, but for now I think the issue is the app it didn’t want to work (for some unknown reason) with my iPhone 12 mini there I couldn’t get past granting location permission. I’ve had this brake controller for 5 years and use it all the time. This set up was a genius idea because I use it in 4 different trucks and never needed to install a brake controller, just unplug and move to the next truck/ trailer combo and plug back in, genius!! Well that was till this new app I was forced to download. Now it locks me out, burns my tires and brakes up and forgets who I am and makes me start a new account but says I’m already logged in. I swear you can’t make this stuff up!!!! It finds my device, asks for my pin, and then gets stuck on the connecting screen until timing out. When I go to my Bluetooth settings, it says that it is connected, and if I unplug the device from the vehicle, it notifies me. But I have no access to the controls in the app, and if I try to restart, it does the same thing.
