I used OneFlare to find a contractor to complete some landscaping work for me. The landscaper did half the work and after taking more of my money didn’t complete the job. I contacted OneFlare, they asked for more details about the matter for them to look into it and after providing it to them they ghosted me. I’ve attempted to contact OneFlare and the landscaping business multiple times but both are ghosting me. Stay away from the app, they support dodgy contractors even though they claim not to, as evidenced by my dealings. The reviews for this contractor are also quite bad (which I didn’t see before going ahead with him, the app isn’t exactly user friendly) so OneFlare knows he is dodgy but still haven’t don’t anything about it.

Have used one flare in the past and had no success with them. Tried them this time and got heaps of response from contractors. So this time very happy and will use them again in the future.

I have hired q couple of tradies from here and have had issues with most of them. Latest one was a tiler who laid some of the tiles the wrong way on a kitchen splash back. Support have not responded to my issues either so would avoid this app all together
