When i choose the country and my phone number, I didn’t receive the verification code that should be sent to my number to verify my login. I deleted the app and reinstalled again but the same issue still exist.

1.The app does not allow multiple subscriptions for me and my son and demands two phone numbers which is not practical at all. 2. I entered two phone numbers for me and my son and when i logout from one account to another the app always demands a verification code sent to any of the numbers and does not even remember that i already subscribed and ultimately the code doesn’t even come after i click many resend tabs. 3. The app showed that there are no neurology doctors at Maadi branch which I found available when i got there.

Nothing happens when I click on book an appointment either on the home page or through my name’s icon

Easy to use but when using search bar it force closes the app , need enhancement

I tried to enter my number several times and it always give me “something went wrong over and over again

Your last update is the worst ever. It’s taking tooooo much for the app to open and switch between the pages to choose the specialist and the day to schedule an appointment with a doctor. Solve this problem please

The app is very slow and buggy, to just book an appointment you need to wait for endless loading and to open the app multiple times just to book a single appointment and after all that time you may lost the slot you want because someone else has booked it

Easy to use and looks nice
