Also doesn’t include the full range of drinks at a location. If you are going to add a tip option to the app it should be defaulted to 0%, it is an establishment that primarily sells alcoholic drinks so you are trying to scam tips out of drunk people. I doubt the tips even make it to the staff without O’Neill’s and this app taking a big cut. -- grtkz, 2024-10-19 ### *---- "Not ideal but I'll take it" Rite where do I start....... The loyalty card doesn't update in the wallet or in the app... Not ideal.... And when you order in the app you can't leave a message with the order I like a gin and lemonade in a straight glass but they always serve it in a gin glass ( fine as trained) but not ideal.... -- Lauralouriiiiieeee, 2024-08-14 ### *---- "Doesn’t work" Save yourself some time and just order at the bar. I downloaded the app but had no confirmation email to sign up and after clicking on any of the menus within the app, all I received was blank screens. I eventually gave up trying and went to the bar! -- Mark_B42, 2023-11-17 ### **--- "It won’t let me make an new account or log into my old account" I am regular and I thought I would log into my old account but it won’t let me log in and it also won’t let me sign up -- Billie-Ann Owen, 2023-08-03 ### ***-- "Rubbish" Doesnt let you choose a table! You lost a big order for seven people today! -- Enlightened0, 2023-06-24 ### **--- "Pub isn’t listed" Menu says to order on app, so I give them all my details, then I can’t actually order as the location isn’t listed! What a waste of time! -- naomi_thinks, 2023-06-10 ### **--- "Not user friendly" So I’ve used the app a few times to order at the table but have no rewards. Then I read the directions in details. To get rewards, apparently you have to add your rewards code or something to your order! WHY! The app knows your code. It knows you’re ordering. Why can’t it do this simple task for you? I run teams that design & code apps. We try to make it easy for the user so they want to come back again. The rewards are meagre but at least make it easy to collect them. This would not pass the test. -- Effpeegee, 2023-02-16 ### *---- "Welcome drink is a con" 3 of us signed up to the app for the welcome drink only to be told the QR didn’t work. Lady said ‘they never work’. False advertising 🤔 -- ggbubbs, 2022-09-11 ### ***-- "Okay" Doesn’t allow the option of adding extras to burgers like the menu. “Burger mods” only allows the removal of ingredients not adding things like cheese & bacon. -- Abigailpercival, 2022-01-17 ### *---- "Dead pub" Staff are cry babies. -- Jhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!, 2021-11-21 [View all O'Neill's reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## O'Neill's Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United Kingdom | Food Drink | #137 | ## O'Neill's Discovered Keywords - dine with us - oneils - o'neill's - all bar one ## Apps Similar to O'Neill's - [Be At One](https://apptail.io/app/be-at-one-Ige/united-kingdom) - [DUSK - Drinks, Deals & Rewards](https://apptail.io/app/dusk-drinks-deals-rewards-AEe/united-kingdom) - [Papa Johns - Pizza Delivery](https://apptail.io/app/papa-johns-pizza-delivery-otg/united-kingdom) - [Young's - On Tap](https://apptail.io/app/youngs-on-tap-OXj/united-kingdom) - [Greene King: Eat, Drink & Save](https://apptail.io/app/greene-king-eat-drink-save-Ujn/united-kingdom) - [My Pub](https://apptail.io/app/my-pub-bjM/united-kingdom) - [Slug & Lettuce](https://apptail.io/app/slug-lettuce-phT/united-kingdom) - [Social Pub & Kitchens](https://apptail.io/app/social-pub-kitchens-ckT/united-kingdom) - [Revs](https://apptail.io/app/revs-rHZ/united-kingdom) - [MiXR.](https://apptail.io/app/mixr-zIlo/united-kingdom) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
