Save yourself some time and just order at the bar. I downloaded the app but had no confirmation email to sign up and after clicking on any of the menus within the app, all I received was blank screens. I eventually gave up trying and went to the bar!

I am regular and I thought I would log into my old account but it won’t let me log in and it also won’t let me sign up

Used to work fine. Bit slow but worked. Then it Suddenly kicked me out my account and now unable to log in. Forgotten password link just takes you to a picture of the logo. Unable to make a new account. Just repeating message saying ‘an error occurred. Try again’ but no way of getting further.

Doesnt let you choose a table! You lost a big order for seven people today!

Menu says to order on app, so I give them all my details, then I can’t actually order as the location isn’t listed! What a waste of time!

So I’ve used the app a few times to order at the table but have no rewards. Then I read the directions in details. To get rewards, apparently you have to add your rewards code or something to your order! WHY! The app knows your code. It knows you’re ordering. Why can’t it do this simple task for you? I run teams that design & code apps. We try to make it easy for the user so they want to come back again. The rewards are meagre but at least make it easy to collect them. This would not pass the test.

3 of us signed up to the app for the welcome drink only to be told the QR didn’t work. Lady said ‘they never work’. False advertising 🤔

Doesn’t allow the option of adding extras to burgers like the menu. “Burger mods” only allows the removal of ingredients not adding things like cheese & bacon.

Staff are cry babies.

After downloading the app (iPhone) I went to the “Sign Up” process. Despite me putting valid data in all fields, the app would not let me submit the data. Nothing was highlighted so no idea if any of my data was not acceptable or whether it was just broken. Dreadful app and a complete waste of time.
