I find that JN has login issues with their apps (including the browser site). No real point in having a Face ID option if it continuously fails and tells you that your session has expired

I also don’t believe there is a huge enough user base for the app to argue that load is the cause for the unresponsiveness.

Like I just understand the last time I can download jn live bank app on my phone was 8 years ago that’s was iPhone 7 I now have a iPhone 16 and still can’t get a new updated jn live banking app that we can login and do our transactions this as completely turn me off from jn as a business owner , I am tired of going on google to sign in and check my account , which why I don’t keep money in my account and when someone do send me money to jn the nearest machine I can find to draw that money that’s what I do , because even to send money to a next account is difficult , this is 2025 full time now jn get up to speed , not even a visa / master debit card you guys have like again this is 2025 , I am so disappointed in JN
