Oneleaf: Salud y Relajación

I'm always searching for a good app. I highly recommend this one for getting past yourself and moving on. I'm using it for procrastination, confidence and weight. I've had several aha's.

Update 9/5: The developer graciously refunded the charges for the subscriptions that I didn’t intend of signing up for. There was definitely some confusion on their site and I don’t think it was initially clear that I was signing up for an immediate subscription. I’m glad they are willing to hear feedback and resolve issues. Update 7/31: I received a response from the developer stating it’s completely impossible to be charged immediately for a 7-day free trial because the system works perfectly. I don’t exactly believe it’s perfect given my experience and the fact that I was offered a free trial, not once but twice and then charged immediately for two memberships. As requested, I emailed the developer and hopefully they will resolve this by issuing a full refund for the charges that I incurred. I signed up for the 7-day free trial and I was immediately charged for the membership. I tried to file a claim for a refund and it was denied. Don’t sign up for a free trial if you don’t any to make an immediate purchase. Very disappointed.

I deleted this app right when I got it & it is STILL charging me. How do you end this thing? I don’t use it. I would like my money back

First I installed this app on android and after 3 days it stopped loading. Now I installed it on iPad and I even cannot finish registration because buttons do not respond to click. I paid for sleep better .

Do not know what happened. Had not used it for a few days. Saw the update and now app will not function correctly. I try to open it, get the big logo and then a small leaf. Nothing else. Very disappointed.

Update: After playing phone tag between Apple online support, Apple customer service via phone call, Oneleaf emails and phone calls, Oneleaf issued me a full refund. My bank was ready to dispute $166 usd because the refund process between Apple and Oneleaf seems to be extremely complicated between the two of them. This app is okay, I enjoyed it for the first year but will not be returning. I felt misunderstood and a little humiliated when I provided significant amount of proof that I was charged incorrectly by Oneleaf and I was spoken to as if I was making it up. $166 is a lot of money, especially nowadays! Both Apple and Oneleaf need to work on better customer service and processing refunds. Will take my meditation elsewhere because this stressed me out a lot more than it relaxed me. First review: This is my second year renewing my subscription and had accidentally subscribed to a full year instead of quarterly. Not even a minute after submitting a refund request, I get denied my $90+ back to my account! It’s crazy how I just paid nearly $200 by accident for this app. Total scam! Will be calling my bank to see if they can help me because once this app takes your money… it is GONE.

As soon as I paid for the application it would load. No way to unpay the subscription price for a year. Looks like the developers got me in this one. Don’t waste money on a bad application. No way to contact developers to get a fix. Really? Unhappy

I’ve used meditation apps, but this one gets deeper & I over all love the interface of the app so much more than others. Excited to keep using it!

I love using this app to help with sleep. It goes so much deeper than other sleep apps! It’s been a game changer! I love the visualization piece. Also it’s helped me during my day to stay alittle more present. Highly recommend!

I was skeptical at first but so glad I got this! Truly made a HUGE difference in my health and wellness…20lbs lighter and the healthiest I’ve been! Loved the amount of sessions to use and they were extremely helpful to me. I really looked forward to doing them and got so much benefit out of them. I’ve tried other programs but none worked for me like this one did. Thanks!
