Réservation d’un parking à Paris, paiement obligatoire à la sortie du parking et CB débitée par ONEPARK ! Double paiement donc, réclamation faite, délais de remboursement 2 à 3 semaines !!! Plus jamais !

J’ai effectué une réservation d’une place de stationnement et à l’arrivée aucune place existante Onepark
Aucune assistance
Habitué d’un parking dans Paris je découvre que OnePark est 30% moins cher que le concurrent que j’utilise habituellement. Je comprends mieux pourquoi : arrivé devant, impossible d’ouvrir la porte avec le code donné par email, j’appelle l’assistance « la porte à un problème technique vous pouvez aller vous garer ailleurs » à 23h30 un dimanche soir … ça me semble louche et décidé de regarder sur Zenpark, surprise la porte fonctionne directement ! Je m’en sors donc avec un énorme surcoût pour réservation à la dernière minute, une réservation OnePark inutile et une assistance qui n’aide pas. Vraiment pas à recommander pour moi.

Bon sang mais que c’est nul 😡 On est sur Paris, on déteste cette ville, on a besoin absolument d’un parking pour le lendemain matin, je trouve cette solution « miracle », je suis heureux et rassuré au vu des avis, je me couche serein. Le lendemain matin on arrive sur place et.. ben non, bien sûr que non, ça vendait trop du rêve et c’était trop demandé au monde d’aujourd’hui.. Le fameux parking était seulement pour les processeurs de CarPlay ??? Ça vous ferait ㊗️🈲🈹🉐 de mettre ce genre d’information en GROS et en ROUGE ?? Je cherche donc un autre parking (il y en avait pas mal sur la carte) mais quasiment tous CarPlay 😡 et le reste complet… MERCI donc à indigo (parking classique) qui nous a sauvez notre journée et notre week-end ! Et adieu les applis pourries de pseudo parking…
