This mobile banking app is awesome!! For those who don’t know, they are like a cash app except they are better! They give you cash back on a lot of different things, and my card came with 15$ already on it and it was in my savings account but I was able to move it just like cash app to my checking and then to my debit card that you get as well!! It even offers its own type of wallet like google pay and wallet!! They give you your credit score also and they offer all kinds of benefits too!! It is so easy to use! The only thing is I’m pretty sure you can’t add cash yet to it ! You would have to add cash from another account for now!! I’m sure they are working on that!! It has been nothing but smooth sailing with this bank!!! Also with my capitol one shopping that searches for every and any promo code for you when checking out of anywhere they look for the codes that actually work and apply it to your order before you check out every time, but it also does cash backs for you top of using your ONE card to purchase you up with some pretty good savings and cash back !!! I signed up for One after seeing the promotion in the Walmart app. Huge mistake. The app wouldn’t pull the funds from my funding card, it instead made me transfer money into the account. Once I transferred money into the account, and scanned the QR code on the Walmart register, I was locked into using the app. I couldn’t go back to Walmart Pay to use any other cards I had saved. The One app and the cash register gave me the same error 5 different times. On the app I was given a generic error message with no explanation of what happened or how to fix it. On the register screen it said “use a different payment method”. I went to a different register and tried again. The cashier said “I haven’t had a single person be able to use that One app. It doesn’t work for anyone.” I then tried to transfer my money out of the account and back to the original funding account, and received another generic error message. I contacted One support, who explained absolutely nothing about what happened and that they couldn’t see the errors. I was stuck at the store for an hour just waiting for something to happen with the app. I asked One customer service to please not punish me by charging a fee for me to transfer my money back to the original card, as it was not my fault the One app isn’t working, And they refused. So I was punished for their system not working. I had an exact budget for groceries and had to put some of my food back to cover the fee that was taken from me. Thanks. Horrible service that I will never use again, and will make sure to tell as many people as I can to not use it either. The One bank rep asked me to verify my personal information before they could investigate the fraud. In the end, the only way to link my account is to change my phone number and open a new account. After Christmas shopping my account was inexplicably closed with no communication or appeal process. I guess One doesn’t really care about customer satisfaction and likes to apply broad strokes when handling accounts. My guess is my Xmas shopping appeared suspicious, but no one cared to inquire.
