Come on guys, I was so excited to move to your medical aid and your app is honestly the biggest let down. I don’t care if I get some sweet and polite response back from you, just fix your app if you want to have a good product and keep customers. Look at all your reviews, it’s clearly a problem. Take out a loan if you need to, get the best back end (because it’s obviously your back end, although your front end could use some work too) app designer you can and fix the problem. Then you have to log in to each policy separetely (how annoying is that) only to set your biometrics again for each of them. Then the app confuses the two policies all together and no matter which I chose it logs me into one ONLY. The app doesn't explain the actual claim process at all. The chat and call back functios are disabled. What is the use of recommending this app all together?
