OnePulse - Paid Survey Rewards

This app is so wonderful that it gives you surveys tailored to your preferences, i love it and the cashout is so easy

In my opinion one pulse is probably the perfect survey app. you have a fixed amount of money you earn per surveys and you can increase it by levelling up. they give a fair amount of surveys per day. however, firstly i noticed that when you answer a set amount of surveys per day, they either replace you in a fake queue which sometimes kicks you out, or the home screen shows no surveys even if you refresh the app. secondly, there is a monthly cash out limit. so if you are at around 20c per survey you can sometimes be sitting at around 40$ waiting to be cashed out and it makes it even worse that you can only cash out 20$. overall good app though.

I haven’t been getting notifications for months. I logged out and deleted the app. Now I only get notifications for XP pulses, not cash ones. When I randomly go on the app there are paid ones but where are the notifications?

Are you going to reply regarding cash out limits? Please? It’s getting ridiculous at this point that you continuously ignore everyone who asks, especially as you stated ages ago that you were going to review the issue! I’ve reached the cash out amount again just now but I can’t actually get my money for another nine days! By that time I’ll probably have built up more money which I won’t be able to access for another month! This is unacceptable and there needs to be something done about it, because it’s not fair to stop us accessing our own money!

Update 29/5/24. Thank you for the developer response but just to confirm it’s not the cashing out that’s an issue it’s actually receiving a notification to ensure I don’t miss paid pulses. Notifications are on but not being received. All was well until the latest update, notifications have stopped coming through. Also, some extra time to complete surveys would be helpful as they time out to quickly

Paid pulses get maxed out or crash my app so quickly that I imagine people answering any old answer just to het the money but I still manage to complete a fair few (and my answers are considered not rushed!!) The payout system is TERRIBLE!!!! $20 or every 30 days would be better! I cashed out yesterday and have $19.01 left but have to wait another 30 days! Support have promised for the last 3 years or so that they are changing the system but they never do! Either let people cash out 30 day at whatever they have in their account or let them cash out whenever they hit $20!! It’s not rocket science!

The app concept is fantastic, but the execution provides much more aggravation that it’s worth. There have been YEARS of ongoing technological issues, which never seem to get resolved for more than a short period of time. And then the next update comes and they come straight back. We have: constant error messages, paid pulses not crediting, ongoing “maxing out” despite them saying this has been fixed, and a generally slow and glitchy app. We were promised a new app. No sign of it. We were told payout limits would be changed so that people can actually withdraw their massive balances. Not happened. The app is barely worthy of the massive annoyance it provides.

Since recent update today has bugs such as when try to click a pulse says “error try later “ it’s worked as supposed to for long time last week though been what it says above another update would be great

Been a Pulser for a while now & it really does work for me. Only takes a minute, no faff, even has a queuing system for the paid ones with a wide variety of subjects. And they pay out quickly too straight into my PayPal account.

EDITEDThis is a super app and the pulses are super fast as easy to do but despite promising a change to the cashout system they still have not changed it. Come on OnePulse what is the problem? You have been promising a change for at least 3-4 years now what is the problem???? I have over $62 in my account and can’t cash it out. - please PLEASE get a new, fairer payout system ———— UPDATE- I now have $56 in my account and when I cash out I will get $20 and I will need to wait another 30 days to cash out again! This is a crazy situation. Should be able to cash out whenever you get to $20 or should be able to cash out the full amount earned in the past 30 days. I really don’t understand why OnePulse does this 🤷‍♀️ it doesn’t seem fair at all. I’ve answered the pulses and I’m sure they have earned their money but they have a system that means I will never get the money I’ve earned unless I completely stop doing pulses for a couple of months!!! UPDATE- I get more paid pulses now and probably earn about $20 a month. Thanks OnePulse 👍🏼 I love this app, it's a great way to earn a bit of extra cash, I've currently got about £7 in my account with them 👍 nice! Update.... This is my best little survey app but I used to get loads of paid pulses but now they are rare to very rare 😕 hopefully they will ping back to life soon. (Ikatypie)
