App travando sempre - pedido de reembolso
Eu comprei a versão paga do One Safe 5 e deu problema de travamento. Acontece o seguinte: Toda vez que eu abro o app e o deixo em segundo plano por muito tempo, o One safe pede novamente a senha , mas daí ele trava!!! Então, o app só volta a funcionar se eu fechá-lo por completo no iPhone e abri-lo novamente. Toda vez é assim! Sempre. Ou seja, não dá para usar o app em segundo plano para copiar ou colar dados se demorar um pouco mais, se for exigida novamente a senha. Depois de muito tempo com esse problema sem solução no One Safe 5, eu decidi comprar o OneSafe 5+ (plus) e, da mesma forma, o app também trava depois de ficar em segundo plano por algum tempo. Perdi mais dinheiro novamente com esse app que agora venho avaliar. Estou usando um iPhone 14 Pro Max 512GB e o IOS está na última versão (17.1.2). Quero o reembolso pelo menos desta compra na app store.

Interface ultrapassada, app macOS abandonado e Web
O app está abandonado. Principalmente no macOS. O design de cartões já não é mais atraente e está . E hoje falta uma versão web para acesso.

O app está abandonado. Principalmente no macOS. O design de cartões já não é mais atraente. E hoje falta uma versão web para acesso.
Sem Suporte para 2FA
O App tem um design muito bonito Mas não tem suporte pra senhas 2FA e tb não oferece suporte pra Browsers
