Horrible ! Too expensive. Stops after trial period.
So basically they make everything look fine during their trial period. Once you take the full version after the week, things start to go downhill. My Depop stopped working. Unable to connect eBay. Nothing happens with Mercari. When reached out, their response was they’re working on it, don’t know she. It’ll be fixed. Instead they shared me the link
to unsubscribe the app. So my Depop wasn’t working for 1 whole month till the renewal day. Exactly the night before the renewal day, it worked for like next 12
Hrs and stopped working again. $45 for this app is ridiculous. There are so many better apps that will also help cross listing.
Too expensive and too many glitches
This app was awesome at first. I saw a significant increase in sales. However, now I may only sell a couple of items a week, and considering the monthly price, it's hardly worth it. There are way too many glitches, and I'm constantly finding sold out items listed. Two days ago, I discovered that it wasn't doing anything with my Depop closet. Although tech support is very quick to respond, due to the numerous glitches, the major decrease in sales, and the high price, I can't afford to keep paying this monthly fee.
Easy and works!
Super customer service and constantly improving. I don’t write reviews but I don’t mind being associated with this company. I’ve also recommended them to others! Keep slow fashion alive-buy secondhand 💝

There is always a problem with this service. Every single month there is some sort of issue. It will take minimum a week sometimes more to fix. However, they still collect their $45 every month regardless of them not providing their service. Then when you complain about it they simply say oh we are working on it please be patient. Starting to not be worth the money at all.
Inconsistent and Rude Staff
This was my third time giving this app a chance, and this last time was worse than ever. I would not recommend this app to anyone that needs to crosslist. It constantly malfunctioned, and the staff that responded to my concerns was in my opinion dismissive and rude. When I asked for a refund after an entire week of not being able to crosslist, they gave me a prorated amount that was much less than I think it should have been given that I had already lost a week of not being able to use the app.
I do not recommend this app unless it is a free trial or if you only list on Poshmark, but even for that, there are more affordable apps for that.

Was great
Like the title.. it was great. Always worked as advertised. Sharing, relisting, following and crosslisting. Now for the past month they have had multiple issues I believe they are on number 3. Service at this point has been cancelled and refunds have been requested with the response “we’ll discuss with the team”. It just renewed again so I have 1 month of things now working and another 1 that hasn’t started out good.
Customer satisfaction not a priority
I’ve been using this app for a couple of months now and there’s tons of work to do in terms of customer service and satisfaction. I wanted to hold off on rating as I wasn’t seeing consistent sales with everything that bot was producing/promising. I would say if you aren’t currently making thousands of dollars per month on Poshmark you should keep your $45 and just do everything that the app says it does yourself- posting sharing following anything to help the algorithm promote your listings. Because I don’t think it’s worth it for the return. The app also does have occasional glitches and downtime and whenever that happens, the productivity is paused or slows down severely and you will not be getting that time/ money back as oneshop says it isn’t their concern(in not so many words) very disappointed to say the least.
Things were great then OneShop got greedy
Loved this app- have been a user for over a year. The team was always so transparent with issues with the app and had open conversations about issues and updates in their Facebook group (the main level of contact). Then they opened their marketplace- and it’s been nothing but issues since. Any questions or comments that don’t praise OneShop are deleted. Customer service is no help- they just blame you for the problems you’re having with their app or never get back to you at all. Just the last few weeks there have been major issues and every time a refund is requested they they they’ll send your request in. It’s become a joke of an app and if you’re reselling business isn’t already completely intregrated in their systems stay far far far away
