I like the game itself, but there are too many ads. You have to watch an ad after every couple of games. Right now I can't even play because there's an ad playing that won't go away after over 3 minutes. Get a handle in these ads or I'll delete the app.
I play this game a lot but played one of their 8 day events for over a week! Never showed who won or ratings. I feel there’s no point in playing anymore.
I have been playing for a couple of years and love doing the matches. But every time there’s a new event, seems like I don’t get through it. Well that’ because before you play there’s a commercial and when you complete the game there’s another. I don’t have ten hours to get through 300 games. Personally, I liked the point system better. Win a round get points. Use points to get new images.

Trying to update this app is ridiculous, I’ve been trying for five times now getting help from chat is also ridiculous. You go on there and ask a question and you’re sitting there waiting and waiting. I don’t know it’s been about 15 minutes so for me to even get an acknowledgment I’ve been playing this game for a long time and don’t understand what’s going on now! Might be time to delete and not play anymore !!!
The adds at times are never able to close off, so I have to clear off the app, that clears off the game I played getting no points and having to play it again. You sent me a download of how to clear them but that is still a hassle, why can’t you figure out a way that this problem doesn’t happen please. Thank you
I love this game but I don’t understand why I paid for the “Pirate” icons (granted, with coins, not actual cash) and they rarely come up in the rotation. Why? Don’t you know that if people choose to pay for certain icons then THOSE are the ones we want play with?! What is your payoff? What do you gain by restricting what icons we choose? I only want to play with the Pirate icons and I turned the others off—apparently we are forced to keep at least three choices active. Okay fine, so I shut off all but the Pirates and two “alternates” but when I play, time and time again I get the alternates and once in a blue moon I get to use the Pirate icons that I WANT to play with! If you don’t want us to use the Pirate icons, why did you make them so darn cute!?! I mean, the little peg leg is just the cutest! Pls allow me to use the Pirate icons more often or allow us to limit the selections to just the ones we truly WANT and that we PAID for, not the ones you force us to play. This is a rather petty question I suppose but I love the game except for this annoyance. Would appreciate reply but not really expecting one. UPDATE: Thank you! Boy, “Ask and ye shall receive,” I don’t know how it happened but now everything is 100% better! I’m getting the Pirate icons regularly and I’m just delighted.
