It tends to not  accept my username and password, 80% off the time i manually syncmy readings would fail that i had to wait a few days before it would. This app instead causes my blood pressure to go up .

I called customer support on December 24, 2024 and talked to a representative who refused to send me a new meter based upon the fact that even though there was a great disparity 20 to 30 points off on each reading, they refused to send a new meter saying that that was normal. This company needs an audit of its procedures and their terrible customer service.

The print, like all apps are written by programers that have 20/20 vision…  Please note, using larger font is not a waste of screen space!  It would be great to be able to use without a magnifying glass.  Never will understand why the app uses 1/5th of the screen and the other 4/5th remain blank, really!

I downloaded the app to go along with my glucometer to monitor my glucose for newly diagnosed gestational diabetes and after one use my password no longer worked. I changed my password three times after being locked out and every time I entered the new password, it continued to say it was incorrect. So I was able to link one reading and now cannot access anything. At least paper logs will never lock me out for some coding error or whatever is keeping me out of my account that contains my health information!

This app is useless. I just got my meter and have been trying to set up the app for over an hour now. It says my username and password are incorrect. I literally just made the account. Tried to reset the password three times now by sending a link to my email. The email goes through, says my password has been changed, but I still cannot login.
