This was my go to tracker app. I’m was a happy paid premium user for years. Lately the app isn’t updating tracking information. I’ve tried contacting support 4 times with no response. I’m moving back to another tracking app.

Looks like support was dropped about 4 years ago. this is the best tracking app on the app store so i’m really sad to see it break :(( hope the devs come back and fix it!!

Long time user and using now on iPad Pro w/ M chip. App used to be quite accurate with a few glitches. Accuracy has seriously degraded over time and now I would say it is well below 50%. Lately I have had to select “fetch tracking data” each and every time to get the latest info (instead of the app auto updating it) and even then it is quite often wrong. All the convenience is gone. Now packages are being delivered or received and the app still has them at the origin point. Hasn’t been updated in eons. A shame, it worked well years ago and I even paid for the upgraded version.

### ****- "An amazing tracking app with one caveat!"
It works incredibly well however FedEx tracking doesn’t work. Just stuck on Waiting for Data. You can click it to view from the app to FedExs website and it shows on their site. I’ll let it slide because it really does work well outside of that.. and probably has more to do with changes made on the FedEx side of things!
