Maybe my business works differently, but I want to see recent incoming payments and transactions. To me this is the stupidest system. Consultant is also unhelpful, wanting me to make my life more difficult by saying I should just search for the transactions. Time is money. I never had this issue before on other apps. Changing to FNB. Long story short I’m told to go to the bank.. why have a online app if I need to go to a bank? Defeats the purpose of a online app doesn’t it? Pathetic honestly have no words.
