## Onntrack Pro Reviews in Germany

### ****- "Defekt"
Hat nur ein Jahr funktioniert
-- Gerd1371, 2026-02-02

### **--- "Hardware & Konzept 👍, App 😪"
English below:

- meine Alarmliste bleibt immer leer.

English:

I just got the device and have been using the app intensively for a day now. I don't think it's going to get any better.

A few comments:
- What's immediately noticeable is the poor user interface. The menu and parts of the controls are duplicated, with different designs and strangely nested. It needs to be simpler!
- There are settings for functions that my device probably doesn't have. These should be removed or grayed out when the variant is identified. It should be easy enough…
- The functions aren't explained in any detail: you could just add a short description and link to it. Why do I have to search for it and guess?
- Then there's the poor translation, a mix of English, German, and Dutch. That's unacceptable. A single AI translation would do the trick.
- My alarm list always remains empty. I receive push notifications 👍, but the list stays empty… I can't understand why it's working.

I hope you improve this. The product itself is great, and the features are sufficient.

### ***** "Super Teil"
Perfekt

### ****- "Bitte GPX Export implementieren"

Daher 0 Sterne! Kohle verbrannt! Schrott!
