In the application, you can subscribe to a number or a calling plan, the prices of which vary depending on the nationality or region chosen, as well as the duration (1, 3 or 12 months). Payment will be made through your iTunes account after confirmation of purchase, and will be withdrawn 24 hours before the end of each billing cycle. You can deactivate automatic renewal in the settings of the App Store after purchase, at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. With your Onoff number, you can make unlimited calls throughout Europe. For communication outside of Europe, you can also purchase credits, valid for any destination!

Any demonstration product offered within promotions will be automatically terminated upon first purchase. We cannot guarantee the systematic compatibility of numbers with verification services by SMS. Onoff: several numbers in one application, without changing the SIM card!

Impossible de faire la validation du numéro !! Et service clientèle 0.

Vraiment pas professionnel

À éviter

Impossible de vérifier l’identité (photos illisible) et ensuite vous êtes bloqués. Ils vous prennent l’argent mais ne donnent pas le service. Aucune option pour sortir de la boucle infinie: pas reconnu/paiement effectué et aucun recours possible. Bref, à éviter !

Arnaque

J’ai payé l’abonnement le 22/12/2023 on est le 3/1/2024 je suis toujours en attente de validation …. En attendant j’ai payé… j’espère être dédommagé pour le temps perdu sur l’abonnement …

Bonjour , étant donné que c’est obligé de fournir une preuve de mon identité , si c’est aussi le cas pour la Côte d’Ivoire , sauriez vous trouver l’identité de plusieurs numéros de brouteurs afin que je puisse leurs régler leur compte merci d’avance

C’est très grave

J’ai acheté un numéro Onoff qui a été validé par le support. Lorsque j’ai associé le numéro à telegram, il s’est avéré que le numéro était déjà utilisé par une autre personne… J’ai donc eu accès à toutes sa vie privé et lui à mes contacts, autant donner son adresse et son numéro de compte en banque directement en story Facebook ou Instagram. Comment cela est-il possible…? Un réseau qui prône votre confidentialité 👌

Qualité de communication

La qualité de communication n’est pas très bonne. En tout cas, moins bonne que la carte sim.

Vie privée terminée !

Impossible d’utiliser cette application sans renseigner une foule d’informations personnelles. Insupportable.

Cannot get debits to stop

Very disappointed. I have cancelled my subscription twice but keep getting debits. Incapable to contact them, this looks like a trap! Someone contact me to stop the debits!
