In the application, you can subscribe to a number or a calling plan, the prices of which vary depending on the nationality or region chosen, as well as the duration (1, 3 or 12 months). Payment will be made through your iTunes account after confirmation of purchase, and will be withdrawn 24 hours before the end of each billing cycle. You can deactivate automatic renewal in the settings of the App Store after purchase, at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. With your Onoff number, you can make unlimited calls throughout Europe. For communication outside of Europe, you can also purchase credits, valid for any destination!
Any demonstration product offered within promotions will be automatically terminated upon first purchase. We cannot guarantee the systematic compatibility of numbers with verification services by SMS. Onoff: several numbers in one application, without changing the SIM card!

Problème sur l’application
Je suis client depuis des année mon abonnement est toujours actif et payer mais depuis quelque jours je ne peux plus appeller ni envoyer des msg mais on peux me contacter et aucun moyen de contacter le service client merci de répondre à ma demande rapidement
Horrible
Payer super cher pour des bugs des problemes et des changements toutes les semaines, les prix viennent de passer a 20€ par mois pour un numero on dirait une mauvaise blague pire entreprise
Ne marche plus à l'étranger
Depuis quelques semaines. Si vous avez une esim data qui ne peut pas émette des appels, vous pouviez pas valider le numéro et donc cette solution devient inutile même avec un abonnement premium chez eux. Je ne recommande pas aux personnes qui voyagent à l'étranger, ça devient inutile. Le jour où ils rajouteront la validation sms ça peut marcher. Désabonnement en cours.
Abonnement Premium
Sincèrement l’application est un peu une escroquerie, ont vous fais payer des crédits très cher, qui ce compte par mot dans un message et par seconde en appel, puis ont vous propose le premium (il y’a même pas de crédit intégrer)
Numéro déjà utilisé
Dans l’ensemble le service fonctionne à merveille mais je reçois souvent des appels qui ne me sont pas destiné , j’ai découvert par la suite via un annuaire que le numéro qui m’est attribué est de 2021
Augmentation de prix un peu abusive!
Passer de 4,99 a 7,19€ par mois est un peu abusif je trouve !
Bien plus insatisfait
Je un abonnement premium jusqu’en décembre 2025. Cependant, je reçois encore des messages m’invitant à payer chaque mois un abonnement.

Très difficile de renouveler l’abonnement si on a plus accès au téléphone à partir duquel l’achat a été effectué, le support ne me répond pas
Appel voip
Attention à tous ceux qui veulent utiliser Onoff en voip depuis l’étranger. C’est maintenant une option premium, et c’est pas expliqué sur l’application. Résultat gros hors forfait.
