Has been difficult (for us) to find/use the CEC to control the tv. Mom’s tv is not a ROKU or smart tv, it’s a not-super-new LG, so that may be part of the reason. The unit is still very helpful and CUSTOMER SERVICE is GREAT! -- carynbooty, 2025-12-31 ### ***** "Great call" I had a great first experience with onscreen. It was easy to use and very clear and crisp. Most highly recommended! -- DoctorNo88, 2025-11-09 ### ***** "What a gift!" Totally worth it! So fun to be able to visit with my 100 year old godmother without having someone helping her. Takes the tech confusion out of the equation! Wish this was available when my parents were alive. They don’t even need to turn anything on! -- Nanmalc, 2025-10-23 ### ***** "Great first call" Had a great first call enjoyed receiving call and camera work well audio is perfect and they could see me really well -- Jeff Dailey, 2025-04-03 ### ***** "Happy with product" This is one of the most innovative devices that really makes it easy to communicate with my 92 year old dad. He and I both love the device and he says it makes him feel less lonely when we use this technology. -- C2wbrown, 2023-07-31 ### *---- "Horrible" Concept a great idea- execution horrible- does not work - tech support non existent -- A physician, 2023-05-04 ### ***** "The best experience for video calls" Seeing my loved ones on the big screen doesn’t even begin to compare to small screens. This is how video calling was meant to be. Easy to use with Zoom meetings… looking forward to the upgrades that are coming too! -- Costintuculescu, 2021-06-09 ### *---- "Poor" Not compatible with 5-G networks. Troublesome set up. Clumsy interface. Not recommended. -- Old Swiss, 2021-06-04 ### ***** "Game changer!" The OnScreen product and app are a game changer! We live in a virtual world right now and the amount of time we spend on video calls has grown exponentially. With OnScreen, I no longer squint to see a name or face in my virtual meetings, my daughter can take a virtual dance class right in front of the television, and I can see my loved ones virtually from my couch. This was especially handy during the holidays when we were all secluded in our homes due to the pandemic. It’s not a complicated product/app to use either. Connect the OnScreen camera device to the tv, connect the app to the device, and make a call! It worked well with Zoom and FaceTime for me so far. I’m so happy with it and plan to use this often! -- Argosaries, 2021-02-04 ### ***** "OnScreen, TV video calling" team chatting for family members or friends on TV.Screen is crisp and sound is very clear. Just like meet in person in the room.
