## OnStar Guardian Reviews in United States

### *---- "Useless"
I go to login and when attempting to share my roadside with a family member it’s asking for payment. This is absolutely ridiculous. May just cancel my whole membership if you can’t even get this correct what makes me think the safety features and notifications are accurate! Do better ON STAR especially considering it’s not a cheap service your customers are paying for!
-- Don’t waste your $ on ONSTAR, 2025-01-01

### ***** "Newbie"
I recently enrolled in the OnStar Guardian app. Crossed fingers I won’t have to actually use all its features. But it is a peace of mind having it also for my wife and 3 teens. I like that I can see where they are, that if signal is poor that OnStar can get me through to them. That I can see how much battery their phones have and receive notifications. Lots of great features. And I also was speaking with customer service the other day because I was having a glitch since by email I was assigned to a Blazer we owned and I just purchased a 2024 GMC Canyon AT4X and the MyChevrolet and MyGMC app weren’t getting along. The OnStar rep was able to identify the issues, reset unlock and merge the accounts and now those apps and my OnStar are up and running. Very friendly and patient.

### ***** "Great Application"
I like this application a lot! It is amazing! I just started using it and look forward to seeing what more it entails. Thank you!

### ***** "Thank you on Star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"
I wanted to that y’all so much . Sat Nov 30 at approximately 9 AM. My Daughter Lea was in A bad car accident -head on collision with semi truck . On Star was detected immediately. The ambulance and fire department was there within minutes.. Rushed my daughter to the hospital . Thank God . I chose your company for your services . She alive & we are so truly blessed . sincerely, Renee Cozine

### *---- "Almost useless"
Once opened it will never update family member locations. Usually shows where they were 20 to 45 minutes earlier and just spins saying it’s updating. Don’t think I would trust this app to actually show your location if something were to happen.
-- Jamrago, 2024-10-28

### *---- "Surprise !!!"
So finally was able to download the app just to find out Apple charged my card almost $40 , not worth it , didn’t even need this app , I’m gonna try to get my money back because it didn’t say it costs $40 to download.
-- awfuladvertisement, 2024-10-24

### *---- "Useless"
App is completely useless. Attempted to set up account. Get through all the steps and buffer wheel. Nothing to indicate if set up is completed. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. App opens to log in screen and buffer circle. Can’t even try to log in. If GM can’t get this right how can it keep their members safe?
-- Csorrent, 2024-09-08

### *---- "Family Additions Not Working"
When trying to add family members to the app it never works. Pitiful app! Will be canceling
-- LThomas_8011, 2024-09-08

### *---- "App not updating"
No one has knowledge they bounce you around between Onstar and my Cadillac app more times than a tennis ball at the us open.
