AI is so hot right now. That’s why everyone is in such a rush to add half baked automation features. Instead of wasting your dev’s time on that, you could have implemented working email notifications and an improved map. Well, Rightmove exists, and that’s a better option now.

The links I get in email alerts don’t open the app like they do for Rightmove which is very frustrating as if I want to save the property I have to login on the web page 

Also no property alerts within the app only on email which again is super frustrating.

The features of this app are much better than RightMove - on map view you can see which properties you have recently viewed (grey) and favourited (heart) so you don’t keep reviewing the same rubbish over and over.
Down side is that this website has the least properties on it, but hopefully that will change!
IMPROVEMENTS: Ideally it would be good if you could make notes that come up when you view (e.g., when you click on a 3 bed a note could say “3rd bedroom too small” and you move on without reviewing) or you can mark properties to be hidden in searches (you can toggle hidden ones off and on).

Pathetic Search Engine. Put in the filters you require and this app will completely ignore them.
I didn’t want to see Shared Ownership properties. Clicked the button to exclude these. 
ALL the properties it showed me were Shared Properties.
No point using a site where it’s basic function gives you the opposite of what you ask.

They sold the dream - share searches - still mitt worked out where that bit is also says get instant price but in truth they trick you into sending you r details to every agent in a 5 mile radius so will now be spending g the next week fending off slimy agents trying to get a commission off my house

The feature I miss the most since the overhaul is the ability to see the shortlist as a map overview. Working with keywords is problematic for self typed ones on iphone, can only use 1 per search as the interface hides the list. 
App captured more data from me than was necessary like where I work etc, which has the potential to be useful to the AI to tell my my likely commuting time, but not seen that functionality bearing fruit yet. 
Overall I like the app look and feel, but definitely saw some of the basics go down in ease of use of late.

Unfortunately since the app update the search is now useless and terrible layout of options. The biggest problem is now can’t easily search and save for commercial properties anymore natively (without bouncing to a website within the app), which keeps refreshing and losing what you were searching for….

I really like the app, but it’s so frustrating how bad the layout is for an iPad. 

The search result page, has a map occupying about 80% of the screen and only 1 property viewable at a time on the left column. Surely the proportions should be switched with the map only taking up 20%?
