When you skip a workout, they know. HOW IT WORKS 1. Set your routine Choose your training days and how many sessions you want each week. Change them or pause any time. 2. Add your partners and groups Invite a friend, partner or coworker, find people from your contacts who are already on OnTrack, or start a group with your gym crew. Share an invite link or a group code to bring anyone in. 3. GPS-verified check-ins Snap a photo when you arrive. GPS confirms you're actually at the gym. No faking it. Your partners see the photo, where you trained and when. 4. Chat with each partner and group Every partner and group has its own chat. Check-ins arrive there with their photo, so you can react, comment, reply and cheer each other on in one place. Groups get a weekly leaderboard. 5. Build your streak and earn medals Track every session on your week and month calendar, keep your streak alive, and unlock medals for your consistency.
